• We buy the products in Turkey region where they are generally much cheaper.

Q. What is the refund policy?

• If we are unable to provide you with your purchased item within 48 hours, we will issue a refund.

Q. What does lifetime warranty mean?

• Lifetime warranty means that we will provide you with replacements and warranty until all of our methods for upgrading that product are no longer functional. This is an extremely rare occurrence.

• You can use tickets to buy an item, request a replacement, or ask any general questions. Please do not hesitate to reach out.

Q. Is it safe to buy?

• Yes, all our products are 100% legal.

Q. What should I do if I don't receive the item I purchased?

• In that case, please open a ticket, and our staff will quickly resolve the issue.
